Birthday Day Celebration

On Charlotte's birthday Grandma and Grandpa Beck came out to celebrate with us. Daddy had to work during the day but we got to have fun with him when he got home. We celebrated by opening a few presents, making her a chocolate cake, and a yummy dinner (I made home made enchilada's). Here are some pictures of Charlotte eating cake for the first time and opening up some of her presents.
Now here are the stats and the new goings on with our big girl

* She weighs 22lbs 14oz and is 31 1/2 inches long. She is in the 75th percentile for weight and over the 95th percentile for height

* Loves giving big slobbery open mouth kisses

* Says tons of words like; baba, baby, mama, dada, oh wow, hello, hi, bye bye, button, bird, ball, bath, night night, Papa, Grandma, ni ni for nice, kel kel for Auntie Kelly, turtle, dog dog, po po for pony, knock knock. She wiill roar like a lion, meow like a kitty, moo like a cow, baaa like a sheep, and bark like a do

* Loves playing with her Little People farm and her pony, those are her favorite new toys

* Loves to point to people in photo's and try to say their names. If you ask her where a certain person is in the photo she will point right to them

* Learned how to throw a ball

*Stands by herself in the middle of the room for about 20-30 seconds and will take one step and then fall down, I think she will be walking in a few weeks

* She knows where her nose, eyes, ears, belly button, head, chin, and mouth are and will point to each one when you ask her too

* Will walk all around the house/outside if one of us is holding her hands. Will also walk around the house holding on to all the furniture and is using her walking toy all the time. She pushes it all around the house and is so proud when she does so

* Her new favorite song for me to sing to her is "The wheels on the bus" and "Where is thumbkin"

* I tought her how to blow, in hopes she will blow out her candle for her birthday. We will see how that goes :)
